The hotel has some appealing features like fun water slides and varied meal options; however, major issues arose from the language barrier with staff and lack of adequate room cleanliness. The overall experience was tarnished by poor service and an overwhelming number of rude guests. It’s certainly not the best value for money, especially given the problems faced during the stay.

My stay at the hotel had some real ups and downs. On the plus side, the water slides and pools were a huge hit with the kids, providing endless fun. I also found the diverse meal options to be quite good, with tasty choices for everyone at our table. However, the location was inconvenient, being quite far from Antalya, which made outings a hassle. The service was lacking as well, particularly with staff not speaking English, making communication frustrating.

I had an incredible experience at the hotel. The food was diverse and delicious, and the water park kept my kids entertained for hours. The atmosphere around the pools was relaxing with plenty of greenery, although the rooms could use some renovation. Overall, it was a fantastic value for my family holiday, and I would definitely return.
